Vision statement
The Family Law Section leads the way in the development and practice of family law in New Zealand.
Purpose statement
The Family Law Section's purpose is to:
A i. assist and promote the reform of family law in NZ:
ii. promote and uphold the rule of law as it affects family law in NZ; and
iii. contribute to the standards and regulation of the practice of family law in NZ.
B i. provide support, benefits and advocacy for its members; and
ii. establish and maintain professional training in all areas of family law.
